Social story about going to the movies.

The child I was working with was very afraid to go to the movies with his family. As soon as they pulled into the parking lot he would cry and he would scream and tantrum if they attempted to step inside. I sat down with him and wrote out each page with him, leaving his face blank and having him draw on a smile face. we talked about how happy he is when he is having fun and how going to the movie theater is fun.
